Because digital products are available for immediate download, all digital product sales are generally final. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical problem with your files, receive the wrong files, or accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Refunds or exchanges for other accidental purchases or changes of mind may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
